**Administrative Executive** to join their dynamic team. Due to the confidential nature of the position, the client's company name cannot be disclosed.
**Job Title**:Admin Executive
**Location**: Mumbai
**Qualification**:Any Graduate
**Experience**:4 - 8 years
**Salary**:4 - 4.8 Lac (Max)
**Responsibilities**:
**1. General Administration**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors for procurement as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space.
**2. Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the corporate office.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
**3. Document Management**:
- Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.

**Human Resources Support**:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and handled basic HR-related queries.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
**5. Vendor Management**:
- Interact with various vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
**6. Facility Management**:
- Oversee the maintenance and security of the corporate office premises.
- Coordinate with facility management for repairs and maintenance.

**Event Management**:
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related activities.
**8. Travel Management**:
- Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Previous experience in the engineering, EPC, oil & gas, automobile, petrochemicals, or refineries industry is preferred.
