**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
