**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- 1. Business Cases for New Products: Discussion, Compilation, IRR Computations, Approvals
- 2. Monitoring of Ongoing projects with respect to progress, pitfalls / delays, cash flow projection and product cost
- 3. Evaluation of Revenue & Capex proposal
- 4. Revenue & Capex Budget - Overseeing the process, analysis, monthly MIS, Quarterly projections
- 5. Submission of Projects Revenue & Capex MIS with analysis for variances
- 6. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing of books of Accounts
- 7. Facilitating Quarterly and Year end Audit
- 8. Variance Analysis of fixed expenses for Stat Audit & major Expenses Schedule of Statuatory Audit
- 9. Supporting R&D audit under Sec 35(2ab) of Income Tax Act, 1961 for claiming Inhouse R&D expenses benefit
- 10. Ensuring process compliance as per ICFR and Internal audit requirements
- 11. Zero based budgeting for PD business unit
- 12. Monitoring and supporting costing for new products under development along with Product Cost team
- 13. Preparation and analysis of various MIS for the Business
- **Experience**
- CA / ICWA with min. 10 years of experience
- **Industry Preferred**
**Qualifications**
- Professionally qualified Accountant Â- CA or ICWA

- 1. Knowledge of Indian GAAP and SAP R/3 knowledge
- 2. Expertise in working in fully computerized IT Environment
- 3. Ability to manage team of officers with mix of qualified & non qualified officers
- 4. Experience in working in Cross Functional Teams along with Technical & Non Finance team member
