**About the team**: The Sales & Boarding (S&B) train supports the sales and boarding systems used by the Merchant Solutions business. We work on various platforms to improve revenue, efficiency, control, and customer experience. Our team provides support for ecommerce solutions in the UK and ROI region, with plans to expand further. We are working on a new boarding workflow with the goal of "10 minutes onboarding." This includes enhancing boarding workflow efficiency through features like the "Boarding Gateway," which provides a common entry point for all sales channels and third-party services, and the "Boarding Choreography Service (BCS)," which automates the end-to-end workflow for onboarding merchants.
**What you will be doing**: - Developing and improving the system by analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements. - Working with Technology and Product teams to understand sales processes and develop software in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community clouds. - Integrating internal and external systems using the latest API technologies and techniques. - Following Agile development practices with a global team. - Optimizing existing codebase and system architecture for increased efficiency and automation. - Collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams to analyze proposed enhancements and provide solution design expertise. - Customizing Salesforce to match business requirements and ensure data quality. - Administering setup, customization, and configuration, including but not limited to standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, flows, and user and security settings. - Supporting the day-to-day running of the business within Salesforce, including interaction with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners.
**What you bring**: - Salesforce Developer with at least 6 years of experience. - Strong Salesforce coding and development/implementation experience on a global or enterprise level. - Experience with Sales Cloud.
