Roles and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall report to Senior Physiotherapist and shall be responsible for the following duties:
- Assess and understand guests complete physical condition to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiothoracic conditions.
- Creating a tailored treatment plan to address guests conditions, taking into account their age, fitness levels and any other medical conditions.
- To formulate and deliver individual and group physiotherapy treatment program based upon knowledge of the evidence of the treatment options available. This commonly involves manual physiotherapy techniques.
- To evaluate a guests progress, reassess and alter treatment programs if required, developing reflective practice.
- Educating guests on how to prevent common musculoskeletal injuries so they can lead a healthy lifestyle.
- Developing rapport with guests to build a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
- To be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive guest treatment records as per the guidelines.
- Should have Masters/Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Should have a minimum experience of 6 years in a reputed Wellness Institute/Hospital.
- Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Should be flexible and adaptable to the organizational needs.
- Should be within the BMI (Body Mass Index) limit and presentable.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sports injury management: 4 years (preferred)
- total work: 6 years (preferred)
- Physiotherapy: 6 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- DPCT Registration (preferred)
