The Foreman-Blasting & Painting is responsible for providing daily onsite supervision and guidance to the Blasting & Painting team.

Responsibility:

- Supervises onsite day-to-day tasks
- Provides guidance to the Blasting & Painting team.
- Resolves related issues in order to ensure that the job is completed as per the work package, drawings, schedule and budget

Min Qualification: Diploma Graduate

Min Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial and/or military ship building and/or repairs, including at least 1 year as a blasting/painting foreman.

Job Specification & Skills:

- Knowledge of ships (i.e. performance, stability, technical drawings, technical specifications, etc.)
- Knowledge of ship building materials (quality, grade etc.)
- Knowledge of painting & blasting tools and related chemicals.
- Knowledge of international ship building standards
- Knowledge of relevant Engineering tools and IT systems
- Knowledge of relevant tools and systems and other computer skills

**Experience**:

- Marine: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai Central H.O, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai Central H.O, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
