We are looking for **potential fresher to work as a Product Loader** in Dmart Supermarkets across various locations in Hyderabad, Telangana:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain Grooming standards as per company policy - Possesses a high standard of personal image in compliance with corporate guidelines for grooming and dress code of Brand. Bring the brand personality to life in store.
- Maintain Shelf Health & hygiene standards - Maintaining primary bay such as planogram implementation, adherence to POSM implementation guidelines and housekeeping standards according to company.
- Handle prepared food items for sampling in an appropriate manner.
- Contribute to food safety in retail environment - Knows and applies FEFO principle - Remove expired and damaged products from shelf
- Replenish shelf, if empty - Processes stock efficiently, keeping the shop fully stocked & properly presented to visual standards.
- Aware of GM food categories, product knowledge, product identification and specification
- Knowledge of GMs latest offers and promotions and competition products - Understands the products and is able to communicate features, advantages and benefits of products.
- Generate trails / sampling of products. Achievement of total off-take targets
- Enter data in HHT as per requirements. Provide competition report in timely manner
- Engage with Shopper by providing more information on our products, explain about offers / promotions to customer
- Ensures an excellent level of customer interaction is maintained.
- Maintain relationship with store personnel - Develop strong working relationship with store management and personnel

Store Locations:

- Dmart - Himayat Nagar
- Dmart - Balanagar
- Dmart - Nalla Gandla
- Dmart - Sananth Nagar

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary Upto Rs.13,000 PM + PF + ESI

**Salary**: Up to ₹13,521.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
