We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of the B2B Sales Executive will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with business-to-business (B2B) customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new leads to grow the company's customer base
- Research and identify potential clients within the target market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Manage and update customer database and sales pipeline regularly
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
