We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Domestic Service Sales & Service Executives. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote our services, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via phone calls to promote domestic services and generate sales leads.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Document all customer interactions and update relevant information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively promote services and close sales.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
