**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Branding Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the premium image of the automobile brand.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to enhance brand equity and recognition.

**2.** **Sales Leadership**:

- Drive and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer preferences in the premium automobile sector.

**3.** **Strategic Planning**:

- Formulate and implement long-term business strategies to position the company as a leader in the premium automobile industry.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence.

**4.** **Marketing Excellence**:

- Oversee the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its premium offerings.
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

**5.** **Financial Management**:

- Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial stability and profitability while making strategic investments for future growth.
- Monitor and analyze key financial indicators to drive informed decision-making.

**6.** **Customer Experience Focus**:

- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience, from pre-purchase to post-purchase interactions.

**7.** **Innovation and Product Development**:

- Drive innovation in product development, ensuring the brand’s offerings stay ahead in terms of technology, design, and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**8.** **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performance executive team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful leadership in the premium automobile industry.
- Extensive experience in branding, sales, strategy, and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Experience: 7 years**

**Salary: Depends upon on previous CTC**

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
