**Job Title: Homeschool Teacher for 15 months Old (Montessori)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Montessori-Based Curriculum**:

- Develop and implement a Montessori-inspired curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of a one-year-old.
- Utilize age-appropriate Montessori materials and activities to encourage sensory exploration and motor skill development.
- **Language Development**:

- Foster English language skills through interactive and engaging activities.
- Read stories, sing songs, and incorporate language-rich experiences into daily routines.
- **Social and Emotional Development**:

- Create a supportive and positive environment to promote social and emotional growth.
- Encourage age-appropriate social interactions and teach basic emotional intelligence concepts.
- **Soft-Spoken Approach**:

- Maintain a calm and soft-spoken demeanor to create a soothing learning atmosphere.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the individual needs and pace of the child.
- **Safety and Well-being**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times.
- Implement health and safety practices, including childproofing the learning space.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Montessori training or certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with one-year-old children.
- **Language Skills**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage a young child in language-rich activities.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- **Flexibility**:

- Willingness to adapt teaching methods based on the child's needs and interests.
- Open to feedback and collaboration with parents.

Preferable timings: 3 to 5pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
