Perform Hardware welding of Candle Filters. Perform Assembly welding of Pleated candles. Outer guard welding. Cutting of mesh and media as per defined length. Disc filter Child parts Forming - Flat perforated, media and Spacers. Disc filter OD and ID Welding. Preforming Bubble point tests. Cleaning and Packing of final product.
- Work along with other senior employees and learn various aspects of Candle and lead disc assembly.Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do
- Deliver the product on time with Right First Time.
- Plan day to day work and follow the instructions from Supervisor.
- Quick Learner with sound technical and analytical skills.
- Good in interpreting the part drgs and Assembly drgs.
- Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S
- Participate in NC reviews and RCA session and contribute.
- For delivering the assembled Candles and Leaf discs on time after testing.
- Look for continual improvement scops in work area.
- Widening the skill set to become an all rounder.
- Flexible to accommodate the working time as per the requirement and instructions from Supervisor

- No, of Hardware welding performed /shift
- No, of Candles assembled and tested with Right First Time.
- Closely work with peers and Supervisor to understand the priorities and deliver the finished product at pace.
