- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, with a strong focus on M365 and Azure environments.
- Expertise in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell and Python.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, architecture, and M365 administration.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Azure or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable.
- Experience with other programming languages or automation tools.
