**Job Description**:
Scott Lumin Pvt Ltd, a leading company in the water treatment industry, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Treatment Plant / R.O. Technician to join our team in Calicut. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our water treatment plants and reverse osmosis systems.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operate and monitor water treatment plants and reverse osmosis systems to ensure optimal performance.

2. Conduct routine inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures on equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.

3. Perform chemical analysis and adjust chemical dosages to maintain water quality within specified standards.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to water treatment processes and equipment.

5. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and implement preventive maintenance activities.

6. Keep detailed records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality parameters.

7. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

8. Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

9. Coordinate with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in water treatment is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Water Treatment Plant or R.O. Technician.

3. Strong understanding of water treatment processes, reverse osmosis systems, and related equipment.

4. Knowledge of water quality parameters and chemical treatment methods.

5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

8. Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions.

9. Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
