**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Activities**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- **Marketing Initiatives**:

- Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competition analysis.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activities.
- **Client Management**:

- Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client retention.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, complaints, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align goals and objectives.
- **Compliance and Knowledge**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry advancements, and healthcare trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in sales/marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Persuasive negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
