Mananger-continous Improvement

Build up an excellence system culture with excellence system methodology coaching & workshop facilitation to function managers and shopfloor employees.
- Definition and execution of SQDCP improvement projects. Definition of goals, creation of plans to reach the goals. Lead process improvement projects as direct resource with excellence system (lean, TPM, 6-sigma tools)
- Train and coach functional managers and excellence system Pillar and Foundation leaders on supporting CI Projects and Methodology
- Lead the process of “BestPractice Sharing” management internally and externally, coordinate horizontal expansion, and take full advantage of group strength.
- Perform process audits, support 5S/Visual Management, / Standardize work/TPM activities in the plant;
- Support/conduct training on excellence system (TPM, lean & 6-sigma) tools
- Organize the local excellence system Steering committee to track the progress of all excellence system Foundations and Pillars
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the local excellence system maturity and participate in other excellence systems maturity.
- Participate in the excellence system Workshop
- Organize and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to track all improvement projects on site.
- Support the excellence system Pillar leaders in the quarterly creation of loss deployments to attack the specific Pillar los excellence system

**He/She must be a six sigma black belt or green belt holder with experience of atleast 12-15 years on contineous improvement position in packaging industry.
