Job Summary:
The Personal Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to CEO. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements for the individual or group
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Perform research and prepare reports as needed
- Coordinate with other staff members or service providers as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Handle any administrative duties as requested by the individual

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.16 per month
