We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in industrial sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the industrial sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential customers in the industrial sector through market research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Understand the needs and requirements of industrial clients, and effectively present and demonstrate our products or services to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
- Actively follow up on leads and inquiries, provide timely responses, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's success.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in industrial sales.
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation
- BSC, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Diploma Mechanical, Chemical.
- Strong knowledge of the industrial sector, including familiarity with industrial products, equipment, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
