**Telecaller** is responsible for initiating contact with potential buyers, sellers, or renters of properties over the phone. Their primary goal is to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide clients with information about available properties. The role requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of the real estate market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Identify potential leads and generate interest in available properties.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and budget.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Provide accurate information about properties, including price, location, features, and amenities.
- Answer queries from clients and provide detailed descriptions of available properties.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings or meetings with the sales team.
- **Data Entry and CRM Management**:
- Maintain a database of client information, including details of calls, follow-ups, and property inquiries.
- Update CRM software with information about leads, conversations, and appointments.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-ups for lead conversion.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest property listings, market trends, and new developments in the area.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate properties based on budget and preferences.
- Provide information on the real estate market, investment opportunities, and current offers.
- **Follow-up and Lead Nurturing**:
- Follow up on initial calls and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
- Regularly reach out to past clients for future opportunities or referrals.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client concerns or requests promptly.
- Resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients during the lead generation process.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude on all calls.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Report on call metrics, lead conversions, and sales team appointments to management.
- Provide feedback on client needs and suggestions for improving the sales process.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling or sales (real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
**Working Conditions**:
- The role typically involves working from an office and making calls during regular business hours, though evening or weekend shifts may required.
- Telecallers are usually compensated through a base salary plus performance-based incentives or commissions.
- Telecallers must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
