Franchise Associate

**Who we are**

We are a proprietary trading firm from Kolkata. We trade in the Indian Stock, Commodity, and Currency markets. We have recently started our retail and HNI broking division. We are looking for associates who can grow our retail broking segment and service the clients. In addition, we are also interested to grow the reach of other financial products we offer such as insurance, MF, etc.

1. Grow the broking business.

2. Service the clients as per their needs.

3. Initially acquisition would be the key target for the associate.

4. Developing good relationships with the clients by taking cross-selling initiative.

**Required skills and qualifications**

1. Any franchise owner who wants to close his existing operation can join us.

2. Anyone with demat and insurance selling experience.

3. Basic understanding of the Indian stock market.

4. Motivated and target oriented.

5. Good Interpersonal Networking Skills

6. Ability to communicate effectively

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
