**Job Description: Finance Executive at Dabble - Toxin-Free Art Products for Kids**

**Position Overview**:
Dabble is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. As a Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and contributing to the financial health of Dabble's mission to inspire creativity and free expression in early childhood through toxin-free art products. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to both financial excellence and our vision of fostering creativity in young artists.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
- Raise invoices for online business and vendors
- Handle payment reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Manage refund reconciliations and address customer inquiries related to refunds.
- Prepare and verify bills for accuracy before processing payments.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Generate sales reports and analyze key financial metrics.
- Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payments, following up as necessary.
- Track outstanding claims and work towards timely resolution.
- **Compliance and Vendor Relations**:

- Ensure timely payment of all compliance-related obligations.
- Follow up with vendors to close open discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assistance in creating company business plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for product innovation, pricing strategies, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- **Communication and Presentation**:

- Convey financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in creating impactful presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- **Contribution to Growth**:

- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying areas for financial improvement and growth.
- Contribute innovative ideas to drive the company's financial strategies forward.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably within the retail or children's products industry.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, financial systems, and online retail metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
