Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins and updates.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads for further follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for customer engagement and sales.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
