**responsibilities**:
**Guest Safety**: Monitor and control the entry and exit points of the restaurant to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff.

**ID Verification**: Verify the identification of guests to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and maintain a safe and legal environment.

**Crowd Control**: Manage guest flow during peak hours to prevent overcrowding and maintain a comfortable dining environment.

**Conflict Resolution**: Handle conflicts or potential disturbances in a calm and professional manner, intervening only when necessary, and escalating issues to management or security personnel when appropriate.

**Dress Code Enforcement**: Ensure guests adhere to the restaurant's dress code policies and guidelines.

**Ejection Process**: If required, escort unruly or problematic guests off the premises while maintaining composure and avoiding unnecessary confrontations.

**Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with restaurant staff, including servers, managers, and security personnel, to coordinate efforts and maintain a cohesive team environment.

**Emergency Response**: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, such as medical incidents or security threats, by following established protocols.

**Observation**: Maintain vigilant surveillance of the restaurant premises to identify potential security risks, such as unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of incidents, ejections, and any other relevant information, providing detailed reports to management as required.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a security, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.

Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to alcohol service and guest safety.

Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.

Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
