We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our finance team as an **IS&T Finance Controller**. The IS&T Finance Controller will be responsible for the reporting, non-operating expenses monitoring, headcount reconciliation and fee (recharge) reconciliation for our Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the IS&T department.
- Monitor non-operating expenses, including capital expenditures and project costs, and provide analysis and insights to the senior management team.
- Ensure accurate and timely headcount reconciliation, working closely with HR and IS&T managers to maintain up-to-date records.
- Reconcile and recharge fees to units for IS&T services provided, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and track financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and provide recommendations to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or IT services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning and reporting software such as SAP
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
