**Job Title**: Factory Accounts & Cost Estimation

**Reporting to**: GM Accounts
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly gross margin reports by product and customer.
- Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, or manufacturing methods to determine effects on cost.
- Conduct variance analysis and review cost allocation assumptions and rates.
- Oversee Physical Inventory and related audits.
- Assist in month-end close of the General Ledger regarding COGS and Inventory accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the monthly close, including preparing monthly journal entries.
- Monitor inventory movement, validate cost of goods sold, and reconcile monthly plant and terminal inventory.
- Coordinate with Operations and Plant Managers to update standard costs in the bill of materials.
- Perform product profitability and margin analysis, including monthly product costing variance analysis.
- Assist with the maintenance, preparation, and issuance of plant and corporate cost statements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, BCom preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Costing of fabricated items and factory accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tally, and SAP.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, formulate recommendations, and present findings effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of plant operations and product lines through cross-functional experience in product development process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
