**JOB PROFILE**

**Administrative Support & Facilities management 1. Ensure administrative support to all branch employees in carrying out their roles and responsibilities efficiently. 2. Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of all the facilities in the branch, warehouses and showrooms 3. Collation of demand for stationery or other material required for upkeep and maintenance of the establishment and thereafter, indenting, receipt, expensing, and accounting. Statutory and legal compliances 4. Ensuring strict compliance with various statutory, legal, and municipal laws at all the establishments and updating of Legal compliance tool. 5. Regular visits to the establishments to ensure requisite displays as per the norms. Recruitment Operations 6. To carry out recruitment operations activities in consultation with Branch Admin, Corporate HR, and Divisional HR. Stakeholder Liaison & Engagement 7. Coordinate for Stake holder engagement initiatives at the branch and warehouse establishments. 8. Coordinate and execute companywide initiatives. Safety & Housekeeping 9. Focus on safe environment in the branches and regular safety-awareness programs organized by Team at all Branch Locations. 10. Management of fire extinguishers and first aid box at all Branch locations. 11. Ensuring proper housekeeping of the establishments as per the guidelines received from Division safety Officer. 12. Maintenance of safety and other records as per the instructions. HRIS, MIS and Record Management 13. Upkeep & maintenance of individual personal records and other official records for analysis & decision making. 14. Attendance system and payroll management for the permanent and outsourced staff. 15. Payroll management of the third-party associates of the establishment as per the statutory norms 16. Providing MIS to Branch Commercial Manager, businesses, and Head Office.**

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
