Yard Supervisor

**Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).**
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the yard, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to plan and execute cell tower projects.
- Manage inventory levels for equipment, tools, and materials needed for cell tower construction and maintenance.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure adequate stock for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Keep detailed records of inventory, including receipts, returns, and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, materials, and project activities.
- Prepare reports on yard activities, inventory levels, and project progress.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on yard operations.
- **Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).**:

- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in cell tower projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, materials, and safety regulations.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
