We're hiring an entry-level Video Content Creator to join our team.

**Here's a Bit More About What We're Looking For**

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Proven experience with Instagram marketing.
- Conduct walkthroughs of residential properties available for rental or resale.
- Create engaging and visually appealing video content for Instagram reels and stories.
- Post walkthrough videos and other related content on Instagram.
- Respond promptly to DMs regarding property inquiries, including price, location, and availability.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, and DMs).
- Develop strategies to increase Instagram reach and engagement.
- Research and implement current social media trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Suggest new content ideas and formats to attract and retain followers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing campaigns.

**What will set this person apart**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience with social media marketing, preferably Instagram and video content creation.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and grow a follower base.
- Familiarity with creating Instagram reels, stories, and posts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for real estate and an interest in the industry is a plus.
- Availability to visit properties for filming as needed.

**The role will be in person from Monday to Saturday in our Bandra West office with alternate Saturdays off.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
