**Position Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Inspector to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
**Job Summary**: As a Fabrication Inspector, you will be responsible for examining and testing fabricated components and assemblies to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure that all products adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed inspections of fabricated components and assemblies using various measurement tools and techniques.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects, deviations, and inconsistencies.
- Test materials and components to ensure they meet engineering specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and document non-conformities or quality issues.
- Communicate inspection results and quality issues to production and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with production staff to address and resolve quality concerns.
- Verify compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Diploma/B.E or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in fabrication and inspection are preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Fabrication Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes, materials, and inspection techniques.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
