**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify the authenticity of documents submitted by applicants.
- Cross-check information provided by applicants for consistency and accuracy.
- Identify any discrepancies or missing information and communicate with applicants to resolve issues.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with applicants.

**4. Record Keeping**:

- Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant information.

**5. Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Report any suspected fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities.

**6. Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with immigration authorities, consulates, and other relevant agencies.
- Communicate effectively with applicants and stakeholders to provide updates and information.

**Qualifications**:

- Education**: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
**- Experience**: Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related field is preferred.
**- Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and immigration management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office environment with regular working hours.
- Interaction with applicants from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
