**Position Overview**:WizHob is seeking a talented and passionate Online Flute Tutor to join our platform. As a Flute Tutor on WizHob, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise in playing the flute, inspiring students from around the world to appreciate the beauty of this versatile instrument. This is a remote, part-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive one-on-one and group lessons through our online learning platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and musical goals.
- Instruct students on fundamental flute playing techniques, embouchure, and breath control.
- Cover flute music theory, including scales, arpeggios, and musical concepts relevant to various genres.
- Introduce students to a diverse range of flute compositions and repertoire spanning classical, jazz, and contemporary genres.
- Guide students in mastering both traditional and modern flute pieces.
- Prepare students for virtual solo and ensemble performances.
- Offer guidance on stage presence, virtual audience interaction, and overcoming performance anxiety.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance, technique, and overall progress.
- Utilize the WizHob platform for assessments and tracking student development.
- Infuse cultural and historical context into lessons, fostering an appreciation for the rich traditions associated with the flute.
- Maintain regular and clear communication with students through the WizHob platform.
- Collaborate with other hobby tutors and WizHob staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Stay updated on developments in flute playing techniques, music education, and relevant technologies.
- Participate in WizHob's training and development programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven proficiency in playing the flute with a strong musical background.
- Previous experience in teaching flute to students of various ages and skill levels, preferably in an online setting.
- Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a virtual environment.
- Passion for imparting knowledge and fostering a love for music.
- Patience and adaptability in catering to diverse learning styles.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
