**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop conceptual designs that align with client vision, site constraints, and functional needs.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to present design concepts and solicit feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
