Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate medical equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and other critical care machines.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor the health conditions of patients, reporting any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Ensure that all patient care is conducted according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in NICU and ICU.
- In-depth knowledge of NICU/ICU equipment and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Valid nursing license from a recognized state board.
