Job Responsibilities include but not limited to

**Cost and Schedule Management -**

Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Purchase and Contracts -**

Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.

Ensure adherence to budget constraints and project timelines in all procurement activities.

**Tentative Planning for Tender Submission -**

Preliminary planning to align tender submissions with project requirements and organizational objectives.

Prepare feasibility reports for Tender Submissions.

**Drawing Review-**

Review of drawings received from various consultants.

Coordinate with design teams to ensure accuracy, compliance with specifications, and alignment with project goals.

**Project Coordination -**

Serve as the bridge between on-site activities and the design team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Facilitate design meetings, address concerns, and streamline collaboration for effective project execution.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
