Swimming Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement swimming lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and objectives.
- Conduct swimming lessons for students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to help them improve their swimming techniques.
- Ensure the safety of all students during swimming lessons by enforcing pool rules and maintaining a vigilant presence.
- Evaluate student progress and proficiency levels and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with other school staff members to coordinate swimming lessons and activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized swimming environment, including pool equipment and facilities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in swimming instruction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a swimming instructor or lifeguard, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid from a recognized organization
- Proficiency in swimming strokes, techniques, and water safety principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles and abilities.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children.
- Flexibility to work during school hours, after-school programs, and occasional weekends for swim meets or events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in physical education, recreation, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in swim instruction or coaching
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with disabilities or special needs.
- Knowledge of competitive swimming rules and techniques.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
