Developing and maintaining training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, including venue and equipment arrangements.
- Facilitating training sessions and ensuring that participants receive the necessary support and guidance.
- Managing the progress and performance of participants, including tracking attendance and feedback.
- Conducting research on industry trends and best practices to inform training program design and delivery.
- Coordinating and managing relationships with external vendors and partners involved in training delivery.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and schedules for training programs.

They should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working with various stakeholders.

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (required)
