QA Inspector

**Title: QA Inspector**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Inspector to join our team. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing, documentation, and adherence to QA standards and processes. Your expertise in software testing, test planning, test automation, and quality assurance will be essential in identifying defects, driving improvements, and maintaining high standards of quality across our software development lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project requirements and objectives.
- **Software Testing**: Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure the overall quality of software products across different platforms and environments.
- **Test Automation**: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement QA processes and methodologies to monitor and improve the quality of software development activities, including code reviews, continuous integration, and release management.
- **Agile Testing**: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to provide input on testing efforts and ensure alignment with Agile principles and practices.
- **Test Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, test scripts, test reports, and bug tracking logs to facilitate communication and ensure traceability of testing activities.
- **QA Processes and Standards**: Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices to uphold quality assurance principles and achieve organizational quality objectives.
- **QA Metrics and Quality Control**: Define and track QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and test execution progress to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center.
- Experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks such as Appium or XCTest is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
