Job Title: Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our insurance products and services.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
