JD for the Post of #scmExecutive:
- **Job Profile**

1) Scout for potential Vendors and logístical companies.

2) Monitor Stock levels of Critical components in coordination with Store Dept and replacement of stocks so that production / supply schedule didn't hampered.

3) Continuous coordination with Production Dept and Project dept for understanding all their upcoming requirements and accordingly draft planning for

smooth execution of the production/project.

4) Cost analysis and negotiation with selected vendors before placement of PO.

5) PO generation and submission and continuous tracking with vendors to ensure on-time supply as per the terms & conditions agreed upon in the PO contract.

6) Periodical evaluation of all existing vendors and update of vendor records for further action.

7) Plan & supervise delivery schedules of different finished goods from our factory and also different raw materials from different vendors works for our direct project site

delivery.

8) Placement of Vehicles at our works or vendor's warehouse for lifting or despatches of raw materials/finished products to different project sites/customers place.

9) Before Placement of Vehicles cost analysis to be done.

10) Tracking of the out-bound shipment and time to time intimation to different stake-holders as per requirement.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
