The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's decision-making process by effectively managing and analyzing data to generate valuable insights. This role involves handling data collection, processing, reporting, and maintaining accurate information systems that facilitate informed strategic choices and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various departments and sources.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through regular audits and validation procedures.
Develop data entry and quality control procedures to enhance the reliability of the information.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases with relevant information, ensuring seamless accessibility for authorized personnel.
Organize and structure data to enable efficient querying and reporting.
Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Reporting and Analysis:Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and visualizations using relevant software tools.
Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights to management.

MIS Development: Continuously enhance and optimize existing MIS tools and systems to improve efficiency and usability.
Propose and implement process improvements to streamline data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.
Explore new technologies and tools to upgrade the organization's MIS capabilities.

Data Interpretation: Interpret complex data sets and translate them into understandable, concise reports and presentations.
Support management in interpreting data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans based on data analysis.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a liaison between IT, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure accurate data exchange and integration.

Training and Documentation:Train employees on data entry procedures, data validation, and proper usage of MIS tools.
Document processes, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge continuity.

Problem Solving:Identify data-related issues, discrepancies, and inconsistencies, and work towards timely resolution.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering data-related challenges.

Compliance and Data Governance:Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality, privacy, and security.

Ad hoc Projects:Participate in special projects and initiatives that involve data analysis and reporting as assigned by management.
Contribute to the identification and execution of data-driven opportunities for organizational growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Understanding of database management and data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
