- Contact customers using scripts to promote products/services
- Answer product and company-related queries
- Identify customer needs and close sales
- Forward leads to field sales when necessary
- Update customer data in the database
- Process orders accurately
- Address complaints to maintain reputation
- Strive to meet sales targets and boost future sales
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales

**Requirements**:

- Proven telesales/customer service experience
- Consistent achievement of sales targets (preferably by phone)
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems
- Quick learner with product knowledge
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Cool under pressure and rejection-resistant
- Strong negotiation and problem-Solving Abilities
