**Job Summary**:
The CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder operates CNC grinding machinery to produce precision cutting tools used in manufacturing processes. They are responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC grinding equipment to grind and sharpen tools according to specifications. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC grinding machinery according to job specifications and requirements.
- Program CNC machines using computer-aided design (CAD) software and machine-specific programming languages.
- Operate CNC grinding equipment to grind and sharpen cutting tools such as end mills, drills, reamers, and inserts.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products.
- Inspect finished tools for conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments such as micromeres and gauges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery, including tool wear, machine malfunctions, and programming errors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Age : 27 years & above
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 5 years of hands on working experience for the position applied
- Experience in handling Rollomatic, ANCA or Walter machines
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of Tool studio and Virtual grind Pro software.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good written & verbal communication skills

*Those job seekers who have worked in Malaysia or Singapore is highly preferable. Also, others who have the hands on experience on the machine will be considered. Salary and remuneration are based on the qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹50,400.00 - ₹66,600.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
