**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective finance courses at the post graduate level.
- Prepare and utilize innovative teaching materials, including lectures, case studies, and assignments.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.
- **Research**:

- Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of finance.
- Publish research findings in reputable academic journals.
- Present research papers at conferences and workshops.
- Seek and secure external funding for research projects.
- **Service**:

- Contribute to the department's and school's academic and administrative activities.
- Participate in faculty committees and serve on review boards.
- Engage in outreach and community service activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in finance and related fields.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance professional skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
- Proven teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
- Strong research record with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching online courses.
- Expertise in specific areas of finance, such as corporate finance, investments, financial markets, or quantitative finance.
- Experience in grant writing and securing external funding.
- Involvement in professional organizations and networks.
