- Your Role
- As an F & A intern in Gensler's Bangalore Office, you will join our creative
- student environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately 6 months. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.
- We are seeking Finance & Accounts Intern who is responsible for basic F & A tasks. We need our intern to be organized, consistent, and ready for anything. F&A Intern will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the Finance & Accounting team. This will include, but not be limited to Finance, Accounting and General Administration.
- What You Will do- Collate, code and process accounts payable invoices as required-
- Retrieve invoice back-ups as requested, including audit requests, and reimbursable invoices.-
- Provide support on vendor registration.-
- Execute agreements-procure stamp paper, print the agreement, and get MD’s signatures.-
- Maintain organized project contract files.-
- Prepare and process invoices in line with project contractual arrangements.-
- Update Sub Consultants Payment summary in line with collections-
- Fixed Asset tracking-
- Prepare MIS Report based on leadership requirement-
- Reconciliation of Monthly provisions and reversals-
- Other admin tasks related to F & A- Your Qualifications- MBA degree in F & A or MCom with Accounts and Taxation-
- Good communications and interpersonal skills-
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload-
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver-
- Deadline driven; Efficiency and organizational ability-
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail-
