**Import and Export Executive**

The Import and Export Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the import and export activities of the organization. They are responsible for coordinating and ensuring efficient import and export processes, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Import and Export Executive also works closely with various internal teams, suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and coordinate all import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery.

2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth import and export processes.

4. Negotiate and secure freight rates and shipping contracts to optimize costs.

5. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

6. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as purchasing, logistics, and sales, to ensure efficient operations.

7. Prepare and process all necessary import and export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.

8. Stay updated on import and export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities.

9. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for import and export growth.

10. Resolve any issues or problems that arise during import and export processes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in import and export coordination, preferably in a similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

4. Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms) and shipping methods.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Proficiency in using import and export related software and databases.

9. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

10. Knowledge of trade compliance and customs clearance procedures is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
