Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver effective training sessions for students on quantitative aptitude topics including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, probability, permutations & combinations, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
- Develop course material, practice worksheets, and mock tests to enhance students’ problem-solving abilities.
- Customize training methods to suit the different learning needs of students preparing for competitive exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, SSC, Bank PO, etc.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to ensure improvement in performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in quantitative aptitude topics and competitive exams.
- Organize mock tests and assist in evaluating students’ performance.
- Provide one-on-one guidance to students for doubt clearing and in-depth understanding of concepts.
- Collaborate with academic teams to improve curriculum and ensure alignment with exam requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude concepts and competitive exam syllabi.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to improve their performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in aptitude training or test preparation (optional but preferred).
- Proven experience as a quantitative aptitude trainer or similar role.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
