**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and **creative** **Content Creator** to join our team and play a key role in developing engaging content that informs, educates, and inspires our audience in the sports construction field. You will be responsible for creating a variety of content formats, including:

- **Blog posts**: Informative and engaging articles covering trends, news, and insights related to the sports construction industry.
- **Social media content**: Captivating posts for various platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to keep our audience updated and engaged.
- **Video content**: Short and informative videos showcasing projects, interviews with industry experts, or explaining complex construction processes in an accessible way.
- **Case studies**: Compelling stories highlighting successful projects and the positive impact on communities.
- **Other content formats**: Depending on the company's needs, you may also be involved in creating presentations, infographics, or other content formats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, news, and innovations.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's marketing and communication goals.
- Write compelling and informative content in a clear, concise, and engaging style.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and reach.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, project management) to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
- Leverage video editing software and basic graphic design tools to create engaging multimedia content (if applicable).
- Analyze content performance metrics and adapt strategies based on insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or any
- Proven experience in content creation
- Strong understanding of the sports construction industry or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and engaging storytelling.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software and basic graphic design tools (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret content performance metrics.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the sports construction field and a desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
