? To sell MTPL products & services through B2B and B2C channels.
? To train Technicians and Plumbers teams on MTPL product range.
? To arrange Displays and Samples at Franchisee Show rooms.
? To do B2B business development with Franchisees by promoting MTPL
products to his network of Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants,
Contractors, Plumbers, etc.
? To plan sales as per PSO system and achieve 80% of it.
? To achieve sales growth.
? To collect money within 60 days credit terms (as per MTPL norms).
? To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days (as per MTPL norms).
? To regularly conduct Plumber’s trainings.
? To resolve Franchisee’s Business issues.
? To do direct sales to own clients and projects.
