**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with established accounting principles.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
- **Audit Support**: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and control expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and identify areas for financial improvement.
- **Ad Hoc Reporting**: Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
