Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Analysis and Preprocessing**: Clean, preprocess, and explore large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

3. **Model Development**: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning, to solve complex business problems.

4. **Model Evaluation and Optimization**:Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics. Fine-tune and optimize models to achieve desired accuracy, precision, recall, or other relevant criteria.

5. **Data Visualization**: Communicate findings effectively through data visualization tools and techniques. Create insightful visualizations and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

6. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders, to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.

7. **Research and Innovation**:Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science. Continuously explore new techniques and methodologies to improve model performance and analytical capabilities.

8. **Mentorship and Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data science team. Lead projects and contribute to the team's growth and success.

9. **Communication**:Clearly communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present results, insights, and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.

Additional Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Transformer Models: Proficiency in working with Transformer-based architectures such as **BERT, GPT,** and their variants. Experience in fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific **NLP** tasks.
- **Natural Language Processing (NLP)**:Extensive experience in NLP tasks, including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis.
- **Advanced Neural Network Architectures**:Proficiency in working with CNNs for image analysis and RNNs, including LSTMs, for sequential data analysis.

Additional Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in **PySpark**: Experience with PySpark for distributed data processing and analysis.
- Knowledge of **Hadoop** Ecosystem: Familiarity with Hadoop components and their role in managing and processing big data.
- **Spark Streaming**: Understanding of Spark Streaming for real-time data processing and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Strong experience with machine learning techniques and libraries.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex business problems independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
